One of the representatives, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, went above and beyond to accommodate our seating preferences, dietary needs, and baggage concerns. They were very attentive to our two children, offering tips on how to make the flight comfortable for them and even suggesting family-friendly attractions in Austria. What impressed me the most was the level of patience and care the staff showed. They took the time to explain all our options clearly and answered every question we had. Not once did we feel rushed or overlooked. It was clear that the team genuinely cared about ensuring a great travel experience for families. Thanks to their help, our trip started on the right foot. The flight itself was comfortable, and our seating arrangement was perfect. We owe a lot of that smooth experience to the outstanding service provided by the Madrid office. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days, and Austrian Airlines should be proud of their team in Madrid. We’ll definitely be returning!
